But in the end, Nepal won convincingly, showing how good they are becoming at cricket. It was a clear sign of their growing skill and strength in the sport.

The stage was set as Nepal won the toss and elected to field first, aiming to assert their dominance early on. Canada set out to build a formidable total, posting a competitive score of 232/8 in their allotted 50 overs. Navneet Dhaliwal led the charge with a composed innings of 50 runs off 82 deliveries, supported by Nikhil Dutta's solid contribution of 45 runs off 62 balls and Saad Bin Zafar's fiery cameo of 31 runs off just 15 deliveries.

However, Nepal's bowlers exhibited commendable skill and determination, spearheaded by debutant Hemant Dhami, who showcased his potential with a stellar performance, claiming three crucial wickets. Kushal Malla and Lalit Rajbanshi also made significant contributions, each picking up two wickets, while Aakash Chand chipped in with a vital scalp.

With a target of 233 runs to chase, Nepal approached the task with confidence and determination. The standout performance of the match came in the form of a remarkable partnership between comeback sensation Anil Kumar Shah and the talented Bhim Sharki. Together, they orchestrated a masterclass in batting, forging an record-breaking unbeaten partnership of 189 runs for the second wicket.

Anil Shah, in a display of sheer brilliance, notched up his maiden ODI century, crafting an exquisite innings of 112 runs off 124 deliveries. His partner, Bhim Sharki, matched him stroke for stroke, compiling a sublime century of his own, scoring 101 runs off 129 balls. The duo's partnership was nothing short of sensational, steering Nepal towards victory with consummate ease, as Anil Shah sealed the win in style with a towering six.

Despite a valiant effort from Canada's bowlers, particularly Dillon Heyliger, who managed to claim the lone wicket for his team, they found themselves outplayed by Nepal's formidable batting lineup, ultimately succumbing to a comprehensive nine-wicket defeat. No other bowlers managed to pick any wickets.

With this emphatic win, Nepal clinched the ODI series 3-0, showcasing their dominance and solidifying their status as a rising force in international cricket.
